I worked on the construction of the Taj Mahal casino and sat in job meetings with Trump and he knows nothing about constructing a building so you have a bill that makes people pay over a thousand dollars more for healthcare then send out 500 checks. Saying ACA would cost about 1.3 trillion dollars over 10 years to help out Americans is too much but want another 100 billion to fund DHS. He doesn’t care about anything or anyone

The article is specifically about Donald Trump sending $500 Obamacare "rebate" checks to a select group of people in states with close elections this November. The $500 checks are different than the $5,000 midterm "dividend" Trump brought up at the midterm convention.
